Confirmed pre-order status
The official physical-editions announcement says selected retailers opened pre-orders for the limited collector edition. A retailer page also listed the PlayStation 5 collector product at $149.99 for an October 6, 2026 release. The edition is described as limited. That supports a stock warning, but it does not prove a specific retailer still has inventory now.
Release date versus delivery estimate
The publisher’s physical release date is October 6, 2026. One video transcript reported a retailer delivery window of October 7–12; that is a retailer estimate and does not replace the official release date. When ordering, treat ship date, delivery date, and release date as separate fields. Check them on the final checkout page.
Do not mix digital and physical bonuses
The Phantom Michael Myers Skin was described as a digital pre-order incentive. The physical collector edition has its own announced package of physical items and early-unlock cosmetics. Not yet confirmed: long-term stock, a universal retailer list, or identical bonuses across every region and platform.
